Dinamik Yapı, which was established as Dinamik Yapı Denetim Müh. Ve Müş. Hizm. Ltd. Şti on 7/20/2000 in Kocaeli by our Honorary President Civil Engineer Mehmet Zeki MERCAN, is the first Building Inspection institution operating in Marmara Region.
Our Company first started its operations in Marmara Region with Group A Building Inspection License dated 9/18/2000 and numbered 138 granted by the Ministry of Public Works and Settlement pursuant to the Statutory Decree numbered 595.
Upon the annulment of the Statutory Decree on Building Inspection numbered 595 by the Constitutional Court, we continued to provide services through the Building Inspection company numbered 78 as of 11/21/2001 according to the provisions of Building Inspection Law numbered 4708 which was published in the Official Gazette dated 7/13/2001 and numbered 24461. We still provide building inspection and consultancy services through Dinamik Endüstriyel Yapı Denetim Ltd. Şti numbered 538, which was established on 3/24/2006.
Our company, Dinamik Yapı Proje San. Ve Tic. A.Ş. which was established by the President of the Board, Civil Engineer Mustafa Emre MERCAN on 1/6/2017, continues its operations with its past experiences and with trust.
We are proud to have successfully accomplished Consultancy, Project and Building Inspection services in many of the large-scale, prestigious Industrial Buildings, Housing Estates and Special Construction Projects in Marmara Region.
